The 2011Coupe Icare is over. Queues to see the harnesses, and all-ears fans surrounding two-times X-Alps winner Chrigel Maurer set the scene at the ADVANCE stand.

ADVANCE can look back on four intensive days at the show. Twice X-Alps winner Chrigel Maurer found himself surrounded by thronging fans on the Saturday and Sunday. These were able to hear about this extreme contest as well as the latest products from ADVANCE, direct from the maestro himself.

Interest, especially in the IMPRESS 3, was immensely high, demonstrated by the crowds clustering around the harness supports. The new ADVANCE reclining harness appealed not only to cross country but, very often, to recreational pilots - with its LIGHTNESS concept lineage, low weight and perfect aerodynamics.
