08.06.06 | Ramon Morillas and ADVANCE won the 2006 Spanish Paramotor Championship. We are very pleased to inform you that the Spanish pilot Ramon Morillas from the ADVANCE Team won the 2006 Spanish Paramotor Championship, flying his EPSILON 5 and a PAP motor. Spain is several times paramotor world champion (1999, 2001,2003), that means that the level of this competitin was very high. The competition took place in Leon, during 4 days. 10 tasks have been validated. In the minimum-maximum speed task, Ramon flew at 63 km/h with his EPSILON 5 ! In the maximum time task, Ramon won with more than 300 points ahead the 2nd classified pilot. He flew with his EPSILON 5 more than 948 km, only by thermals and one tankful. He took off early in the morning in Playa de Lepe (Huelva -Spain, 37º 13' 317'' N / 007º 11' 000'' W) and landed 12 hours later near Arue (France, - 44º 02' 17'' N / 00º 22' 21.3'' ) !
