ADVANCE Competition success: the story goes on...

29.05.06 | Judith Zweifel was the best women at the Acrofolies in Annecy, tripple victory for the ADVANCE girls and 1st rank for the ADVANCE Team at the  PWC in Austria.

The second PWC event in Seeboden Austria was marked by the bad weather. After one week there has been only one task validated.

In the women's ranking Ewa Wisnierska won in front of Karin Appenzeller and Eliane Ueltschi, all flying an ADVANCE glider. Thanks to this result Ewa and Karin lead also in the general ranking. In the men’s results Chrigel Maurer and Andy Aebi finished together and are fifth. The two ADVANCE testpilots lead also in the general PWC ranking. The Winner of this event was Greg Blondeau from France who is third in the PWC overall ranking list 2006.

Less affected by the weather were the  Acrofolies in Annecy. The Swiss ADVANCE team member Judith Zweifel was able to finish best women representing the 12th rank in the overall results. Judith proved with this result, that women as well are able to fly acro at the highest level. The first acro event of this season was won from Raûl Rodriguez followed closely by his brother Felix. The two pilots from Spain dominated this event very clearly.

Congratulation to all pilots
