ADVANCE AXESS 2 AIR is test winner!
10.11.11 | The test findings are clear. In the EAPR comparison of 33 airbag harnesses the AXESS 2 AIR with its integrated concept stood out as clear winner.
The EAPR (European Para Academy), paraglider and harness test facility, compared 33 harnesses in the Airbag category for conformation to the current LTF 91/09 standards. Assessment criteria in this comparison are reproducible, practical design features such as, for example, protector values, harness weight, maximum load, etc.; but the main focus however lay on the overall concept.
And there was the strength of the AXESS 2 AIR: when ADVANCE began development of the combined Air/Foam protector they set off in a new direction. The advantage over a traditional harness is that the protector of the AXESS 2 AIR is already fully functioning before takeoff. This significant safety feature combined with light weight makes the AXESS 2 AIR a convincing design – a concept that has proved itself, as the EAPR has found.
