| New Paramotor World Record on an OMEGA 7
20.04.07 | Ramón Morillas flew from Cadiz to Lanzarote on Canary Islands with a serial OMEGA 7. With this incredible flight over 1100 km he beats his own Paramotor Distance World Record. We are delighted to announce you that the 1000 km flight in powered paraglider filght has been beaten ! The spanish paramotor specialist, Ramón Morillas, has taken off on Monday, 23 April at dawn from Jerez (Cádiz, Spain) and led to Los Realejos in Tenerife, Canary Islands. He nevertheless had to change his flight direction in order to find stronger winds. He landed at 21:40 in Lanzarote after 14:40 hours in the air. He has flown a total distance of 1101 km. This is a new Paramotor Wolrd Record distance ! Ramon flew with a PAP engine and an OMEGA 7; this glider was the best choice for him because of its very high level of performance, great stability and high passive security.
